This page contains information on contracts and University standards that must be followed by all departments. Included below is a listing of U-Wide contracts, State contracts, the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) Standard Contracts Library, and the University Standards.

 

U-Wide Contracts

U-Wide contracts are contracts with vendors for goods and services that are available to all University departments. U-Wide contracts are available for searching / viewing through the link below.

Departments may use order against these U-Wide Contracts directly to the vendor for up to $249,999.

  OGC Standard Contracts Library

The Contracts Library contains the standard contracts that the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) has pre-approved for routine contractual transactions. If the contracts has restricted access, contact the owner to discuss using the form.

State Contracts

The Minnesota Materials Management Division establishes contracts for the State and its sub-divisions. Many of these contracts are available for U of M departmental use.

  Administering Contracts

Contract administration is the management of a contract after the contract is executed, (in most cases signed by both parties), and the vendor has been sent a purchase order or a Contract for Professional Services (CFPS)
